Every batch is assayed by an independent laboratory before release, for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury, and for microbials. Both tubes carry a 3rd Party Tested badge; the results behind it are summarised here.

Pectin needs heat to set, so every gummy is heated. Ours are cooked lower and longer than standard to keep as much of the honey intact as possible. We would rather state that plainly than imply a cold process that no gummy actually uses.
Organic wildflower honey from small domestic apiaries. Honey is the base of both formulas rather than a flavour note near the bottom of the panel — about 90% of each gummy by weight.
No corn syrup. No glucose syrup. No gelatin — pectin-set, so both formulas are vegan. No caffeine in either formula, and no melatonin in Sleep Nº01.
