Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of tryvessil.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read the Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies too — they form part of these terms.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that you are.
2. Products
Vessil sells honey-based gummy supplements. We describe them as accurately as we can, but colour, texture and appearance vary naturally between batches because of the ingredients we use. Minor variation of this kind is not a defect.
Product images are representative. We may change formulations, packaging or the range we offer at any time.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and a contract is formed at that point. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if we cannot verify payment, suspect fraud, spot a pricing error, or cannot supply the item. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.
4. Pre-orders
We currently sell by pre-order. When you pre-order:
- You pay a deposit at checkout. The amount is shown before you pay.
- The remaining balance is charged automatically when your order is dispatched, to the payment method you used.
- The discounted pre-order price is applied automatically. No code is required.
- You may cancel at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund of everything you have paid.
- If we cannot dispatch within 30 days of your order, we will contact you with a revised date, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Dispatch dates for pre-orders are estimates. We will keep you informed if they move.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though changes do not affect orders already placed. Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply. Import duties on international orders are your responsibility — see the Shipping Policy.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it. We will always contact you first.
6. Health and product disclaimer
Please read this section carefully.
Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or giving anything to a child. Stop using a product and seek advice if you have an adverse reaction.
Check the ingredient list before use if you have allergies. Our products contain honey and should not be given to infants under 12 months.
Individual results vary. Anything a customer says about their own experience is their experience, not a promise of yours.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to break these terms.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, scrape it with automated tools, impersonate anybody, or submit information you know to be false.
9. Our content
The text, photography, artwork, design and code on this site belong to Vessil or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
10. Your content
If you send us a review, photograph or comment, you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. Please only send material that is yours to share.
11. Third-party links
Where we link to other sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Vessil is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Vessil against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
14. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at info@tryvessil.com — most things are resolved in a single email. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Nothing in this section removes any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts under the consumer law that applies where you live.
15. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
